I am proud to say that at Pembroke Elementary School, we almost obtained our goal of 100% parent attendance at the conferences. . Presently, we have 99.6 %.  Yet, we are not finished!  Our teachers are committed to contact those families.  I would like to commend our teaching staff for their efforts and you the parents for coming out to support your child.

Now, the holiday season officially kicked-off with Thanksgiving dinner already under our belt.  December is here. It is a fun and exciting time for our students.  At Pembroke we look forward to the concerts, Holiday Boutique and Goodie/Craft Day.  Please do not forget our can good drive to support the needy in our community during the holidays. The 3rd grade teachers’ Mrs. Daly, Mr. Hambrecht, Mrs. Migiano, Mrs. Michael and their students are organizing this event.

Please remember our troops overseas at all times but especially at this time of the year. If you have been seeing allot of RED on Fridays, there is a simple explanation.  Under the suggestion of Mrs. Robertson every Friday Pembroke staff and students will wear red to support our troops in the military.  We do not want to forget their sacrifice for us.

There are many activities planned for the month.  It will go by quickly and we will all enjoy a much deserved holiday season and rest I would like to take this opportunity to wish all Pembroke families and staff a wonderful Holiday Season.
